Can't give a review for something we never got to use,we have been dealing with this issue since March. The pandemic hit and we weren't able to travel,after several e mails, calls,messaging so and and so forth. We still haven't been able to resolve this issue! We we're talked and treated very badly by one of your representatives! We were just trying to get our money back or reschedule. At this point i don't think we would even want to stay at your property, considering how we have been treated!!!

We loved our stay here. the apartment was huge and well furnished. we self catered a few meals, mainly for our fussy kids and then went out to eat for us. It's really quiet here and nicely landscaped with all the greenery. I guess it's just leaving certain sections of jungle untouched when they built, which makes me a bit sad that tourism is doing this. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this isnt the right choice for you but if you would like a bit of peace and quiet and are happy to drive out for food (or pay expensive resort prices) then it's a good option. As a family of 4 we always prefer an apartment to a hotel room, where we can have space to sit when the kids go to bed. the staff at olahola were very friendly and helpful. you can use the bahia principe resort facilities although we only did one morning the beack and one afternoon the pool, preferring to go exploring. It's perfectly located to explore the coastline and is a great base.
I would choose zero stars if I could. You should know why, I had numerous questions and problems and it took more than a week for anyone to respond to me, which only happened when i complained to AirBNB. I had intermittent hot water, plugged shower heads, a non functioning tablet, an oven I couldn't light, three power outages and host of smaller issues. With 4 days left in my 13 day stay you finally sent someone around to fix the hot water and shower head problem, that is all they did. You said you didn't have a replacement tablet and ignored anything else i asked. You are either incompetent or don't care or both.
El departamento muy lindo y bien amueblado. Buen valor por tu dinero. El complejo muy agradable. Al departamento le falta lavadora de trastes o al menos un escurridor para lavar los platos decentemente. Le faltaban dos almohadas pero fueron enviadas por mantenimiento. Todo lo demás funcionó muy bien.
Estancia agradable , lugar tranquilo, buenas instalaciones.
I checked out yeterday. Again we remained without water. No one gave us information yesterday. This service is more than disappointing, we paid an amount of money for having troubles every single day. We couldn’t live in our condo for the all three days! This is unbelievable and unacceptable. You should have taken care of us immediately and we heard from no one except from the answer in the chat once in a while. This is more than a poor customer service. Again we couldn’t use the toilet, we couldn’t use the shower, neither the sinks, NOTHING!!! I made a video showing that not a drop of water is coming out from the sinks.It was like living in the middle of a forest. I repeat again, I check out out now and I DEMAND AND EXPECT A FULL REFUND OF ALL THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID FOR THIS STAY. And I will proceed with this until I got it. Regards.
We had a very pleasant stay at Tao Residential. Nice flat, nice pool. Nothing more to add !
The apartment was nice but beginning to show some evidence of wear and tear.
Security was great. The condo was nice. The water jug provided was nice.
We thought we were supposed to have a dispenser for the water (the thing the water jug sits on). We asked through your app but really didn't get an answer other than "the concierge will help". I guess we expected to hear back with a solution.
Also, we didn't know the procedure for trash and recycles.
But again, the place was nice and we felt safe.
