100% as advertised. This space was absolutely great. The communication was excellent and registration was a breeze. They provide a ton of information about the rental and location, area entertainment and Atlanta, in general. I will definitely look for Dee, David & Paul's properties again in the future.
I'm a flight attendant and I have traveled around the world to over 36 countries and stayed in many Airbnb places. There has been only a few places, I can say that have provided everything an Airbnb place should have and then some. This place was hands down very clean, neat, organized, spelled out instructions on how to use the TV, with the parking set-up, and even on how to leave the place. And the location was central to many different places within the city of Atlanta! Even when I read in the description that this place had stairs to climb I thought "oh no" but really 5 to 10 steps to the different floors was no big deal (this place is only 2 levels). :) The street parking is in a good neighborhood and it's in a very quiet area which we loved! I will definitely be back to stay here again and recommend it to be the 1st place for others to check-out when staying in Atlanta. Thank you for providing a wonderful stay.
The property is set back off a nice quiet road so outside noise is very minimal. When you walk into to studio you can see and feel that everything has been well thought of and laid out. The bed was large and comfortable, the kitchen area has everything provided (utensils, cutlery, cleaning supplies, cooker, microwave, refrigerator. A nice little seating area for at least 5 people as well as a dining area. The bathroom added an extra bit of class to and already well presented studio apartment There is also a laundry room for all guests Although I didn’t get to meet the hosts, they make all of their information available for you should you need to get in contact with them and they are close by to the property so they are very accessible should there be any issue.
Location Location Location-This property is located in Midtown Atlanta at Buckhead in a quiet, largely residential neighborhood. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance, from Chipotles and quirky pizza and Mexican joints to more upscale Tuk Tuk (Thai) and Houston's. The wonderful High Museum is only a mile away. Most neighborhoods, each with its own distinctive vibe, are 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic; rush hour seems to begin at 3:30. Free parking can be problematic, though there are plenty of pay lots. The studios themselves appear to be recently renovated, are clean and outfitted with Ikea everything, from bathroom and kitchen fixtures to furniture and lighting. There is a large screen television, a reasonably comfortable bed and small sofa and chair. In addition to bed linens and good size towels, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues, and dish washing liquid are provided. There is also a small coffee maker with filters. Overall, we were pleased with the quality and price. Our only quibble was the behavior of some of the guests. Several days they were outside loudly talking and laughing at two, three and four in the morning. They could be heard even through closed windows. As there didn't appear to be any on-site staff, nothing was done.
