The Space
You will surely enjoy this completely remodelled 3 bedroom with 1.5 bathroom home with all the upgrades you would want in your vacation home in Colorado Springs. How would you like to relax on the couch next to the fire after a day of adventuring in Colorado? If that sounds amazing then this is the home for you. We offer a completely remodelled Kitchen with Custom built rustic cabinets from Brooks Brothers Cabinetry in Manitou Springs with granite countertops and all of the items you will need to cook breakfast or dinner for you and your group. We even offer the spices and basics you will need for cooking. We work very hard to go above and beyond your expectations to ensure your vacation or travel time is spectacular. The sliding glass door off the kitchen opens to the outside patio where you can enjoy board games that we provide.

Amenities

For the convenience of our guests, we offer a washer and dryer in the unit to manage all your laundry needs during your stay. Our dining room table will be able to accommodate up to 8 guests. Our main floor boasts a fold-out couch in the living room with a Smart TV  in each bedroom. Every bedroom has an 11-inch memory foam mattress, with mattress and pillow protectors, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains to ensure a great night’s rest.
Our 1st bedroom has one King bed  with drawers and a closet, 2nd bedroom has a awesome bunk bed one queen bed and twin bed on top with closet and dresser, 3rd bedroom has 1 queen size beds and A comfortable pull out couch/futon with walk-in closet. There is a sink bowl vanity for getting ready for your night out is also located in the 3rd bedroom.  As well as  a walk out the sliding glass door to a walkout deck 

Parking
There is a garage for two cars 🚗. You can not park in front of the garage however you can park in the garage and there are 3 main parking areas.

Military: We are close to Gate 20 of Fort Carson
Business: We do provide a desk for all work trips off the kitchen island
