Girls weekend Getaway-This house was perfect for our weekend. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Great location in Folly beach and not too far to downtown Charleston. Our party of 7 would definitely stay again. My ocean rental was very helpful with before and during our trip. We needed to call maintenance and they responded within ten mins. Have no complaints with the house location or agents. Thanks for a great trip!

Great Stay!-Excellent location close to downtown, the beach, and across the street from Bert's Market, which is very convenient. The house has great balconies and nice rooms. I do wish there were more kitchen items for cooking.

Perfect for our family-We had a great time at this house. It was clean and well kept with all the small things that we could have needed. The location was amazing, the deck and family area was spacious and we loved having that room. We did not have any children and 8 adults fit easily. The communication was adequate for check in and was quite easy with the lock box. Parking was plentiful under the house. The only improvements would be that we had no spare toilet paper for a 4 night stay and there were no hooks on the doors upstairs for wet towels (this is more of a convenience). The lock on the back door was broken as well. Overall, would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

The towel hooks would be a great addition and we will mention it to the owners. As for the toilet paper, as stated in our check in instruction, the toilet paper provided, paper towels, various soaps, etc, are all part of our starter kit and anything additional you may need you will have to pick up. Luxurious condo, great stay!-We spent 03/10-03/12/19, @ the beautiful condo. Loved the modern facilities, decorating, cupboard supplies & luxurious bathrooms. Kudos!

Great Place great town great beach-We loved the house. Plenty of room and very functional. Brand new and location was perfect. We did not had to drive the car all weekend. The Grocery store was almost across the street. Beach access was also very close and convenient. The rest of the town with restaurants and everything you need are a block away. They also have a great roof top bar with dancing. The prier was very clean and well maintained. We are definitely coming back. Some opportunities would be the pillows were very hard and gave us neck problems. The mattresses are on the hard side but some people like it that way. Last it was definitely little expensive. The patio furniture pads where little dirty and wet. With all the rain might be a good idea to get a cover.

Great location-This is our second time staying at this house. We love the quick walk to the beach or downtown entertainment. The house is spacious with great balconies.

This place was perfect!-This house was right in town, so we could walk right to town or right to the beach! It was perfect for a group of ladies! There is a 24 hour market right across the street that was an absolute life savor! You can rent gulf carts right next door to tour the entire island! The house itself was beautiful, the bathrooms were amazing! Honestly cannot complain about a single thing, overall a wonderful experience!

Incredible Value-You really can't find somewhere with a better location at this price! The house was in great condition upon arrival and the management team was very flexible which helped make our stay. I'd highly suggest booking this house.

Splendid beach focused condo-With a fast walk to the beach or to town or to the market or to the pier, this newly-built condo is clean and ready for your family. Loved it, and we are ready to book our next trip. Parked the car and did not need it again. Lived in Hilton Head for 10+ years before moving to Midwest -- cannot beat the ease of beach access that Folly Beach provides, especially from this location.

121 Ashley - Great Location, Great House-We spent the week at Folly Beach (two families - four adults/four kids) at 121 Ashley and loved the home. We had a couple rainy days and the house is great for indoor activities. We also cooked several meals - breakfasts and one dinner - throughout the course of the week. The location is perfect. We had kids ranging from ages 2-11, so the short walk to the water and Center Street was key to making the week a success!
My Ocean Rental was great. We were able to check in early and there was a maintenance/repair tech. on-site shortly after we arrived, as there as a broken door handle that the cleaning crew had reported. The offices are right next door and the staff checked in on us to make sure everything was going well - it was clear that the rental company values a high quality of service and wants guests to be return customers!

Amazing!-This house was perfect for a mini vacation for 4 couples. It was so nice and clean and in the best location possible. My Ocean Rentals were absolutely wonderful as well! We love Folly Beach and this house made our stay even better. We will definitely be back!
