Labor Day Weekend-Mariner Cay #13 could not have been any better for our stay over Labor Day. The condo was plenty big enough,comfortable beds,stocked well with plenty of cookware and the location is perfect. Will return to this location and thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

Nice Place, Would Stay There Again, Only One Minor Issue-Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the MyOceanRental properties. The property was clean, well maintained, and in a very convenient location. It was quiet, close to Folly Beach, (about a 5 minute drive, but no so close where it was noisy from traffic and people), the parking was convenient, there was a pool (for when it wasn't really a beach day), and tennis courts and, overall, and it was nice. The advert said it was within walking distance of Folly Beach. I guess, technically, it was. But, if you were going to have to carry your beach gear and such, it really wasn't. I really enjoyed the 3 season porch on the back of our unit, where we could sit and watch boats/kayakers go by, and we could sit and dolphin watch. I spent a number of hours sitting back there enjoying the quiet and the view. We did experience one issue worth nothing. We had an issue with the electricity in our unit. We stayed from Sat. - Sat. and we noticed the issue on Sunday evening. We were relaxing, getting ready for bed, watching a little TV, and the TV would suddenly turn off, for no reason. Not a huge deal, but we would have to restart the TV, it would take a few minutes for it to come back on, and the power would go out a few minutes later. During this power fluctuation, we would lose our WiFi connection also. Again, not a huge issue, but it was a bit annoying. This continued to happen through the next day and evening. So, on Tuesday, we notified the MyOceanRental office and told them about it. They called their "handy man" and he texted and left me a message that he would stop in that evening. A few hours later, he texted me again, telling me he would not be able to stop in and check out the issue, because he had another issue he had to attend to. He said he would stop and look at the issue the next day. He texted me on Wed. am to let me know he could stop by. I texted him back that he could stop in and he came over right away. He checked out the issue and determined he could not address it, because he thought it was a breaker box issue and local laws and ordinances prevented him from working on it (as he was not an electrician). He said he would call an electrician and have him come and investigate the issue. They never were able to get an electrician, so they called the local power company. As far as I know, the local electric company never did come and investigate, so we ended up having this issue the whole week we were there, and it not corrected by the time we left. As I noted above, it was not a huge deal, as we were not in the unit very much at all (spent most of our time on the beach and doing day trips), but it was an inconvenience none-the-less. Overall, our unit was very nice, the folks who work at MyOceanRental are very nice, and will do whatever they can to make your stay an enjoyable one. Even though we had the issue mentioned above, I would probably stay there again.

It has been fixed and we have not had any problems since. I am sorry that we were not able to get it repaired during your stay. We had a great time. The spot was perfect, everything worked well and we loved being close to the water. When we did need to call Charlie in maintenance on a couple of questions he was very responsive. We definitely hope to be back for our third April with you next year.

Excellent Place!-The townhouse is excellent and it has all of the amenities required for a good vacation. Close enough to the beach but far enough from the nightly noise. The house is very clean and some great updates. Excellent for a good size family. Will be back again soon!

Wonderful condo and location-This wonderful condo is walking distance to Folly Beach and about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. It was the perfect location for us to explore all of Charleston. We loved the enclosed porch which sits on the water. It's a great place to drink morning coffee and sometimes see dolphins, or look at the stars at night.The condo is well equipped with kitchen supplies. Bring your own beach towels and equipment. We were very happy with our choice to stay there!

Unit was very spacious and comfortable. It was an easy walk to town a day the beach.We did have problem with French doors but Charles fixed it promptly. Would rent again.

We loved 13 Mariners Cay...it had everything we needed and then some We would Lawson like to thank My Oceans Rental for emailing the owner to get approval for something ..They got a response back to us immediately ..We come every year and this will definitely be the place for us next year.We also met so many Nice people at this complex...Lived the pool Were very pleased...with both the complex Unit 14 and My Oceann Rentals,usually like to rent off a private owner was leary when it was s rental agency but have to take all that back the agency was terrific..Thank you..

Folly Beach Vacation-My family and I loved this condo. Beautiful comfortable condo with a beautiful view of Folly River. We even saw a few dolphins from the sunroom. The condo was an easy walk to Folly and all the wonderful restaurants ( Drop In Deli and Taco Boy were our favorites) and to theBeach. The ocean was wonderful ; warm and flat so we could walk out beyond where the waves broke.It was also so easy to go to downtown Charleston. We enjoyed some wonderful restaurants. The rental company was excellent. They replied promptly when we contacted them and they evenHad the condo ready early so we could check in early. We loved our stay!!

Loved this place!-This unit was very clean, beautifully remodeled (loved the higher bathroom vanities), and spacious. Even the 2nd bedroom was large enough for double and twin beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. The large closed in porch was so nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back!

Great condo and perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Plenty of space. Really enjoyed the porch in the mornings and evenings. Great view of the river and to Folly Beach island. Perfect location; easy to get to the beach and Folly restaurants. And only 20 minutes to Charleston. If you're going to Folly Beach, would definitely recommend staying at 13 Mariners Cay.

Greatest Spot to Stay-This is a great place to stay...met all requests....The location is the best....not too far from anything...day trips were great..more than enough room to just relax or just sit in the sun room and watch the river and boats....highly recommend this location...easily accessible to anywhere you want to go...if we go back no doubt we will stay here....thank you
