The unbeatable location is ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN, and just 1.5 BLOCKS to DOWNTOWN FOLLY BEACH, with all the cozy shops and restaurants, and only 20-minute drive to DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON. This villa features an OPEN-FLOOR PLAN that includes kitchen, dining room and cozy living room with plenty of sitting space for entertainment. The living room opens to OCEAN VIEW BACONY. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 and there are additional 5 bar stools around the kitchen bar. The Main Bedroom offers a private access to the balcony where you can enjoy UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. Each bedroom offers an access to a private full bathroom and closet. PLEASE NOTE: This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR CODE for self-check-in and ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival. FREE PARKING is available: 1 assigned spot plus an open lot (first come first serve). An ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. Bedroom 1: Queen (Ocean View), Private Bath (Tub/Shower), TV, Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2: Full, Private Bath (Tub/Shower), TV, Ceiling Fan Bedroom 3: Full, Full Bath (Tub/Shower) Ceiling Fan Living: TV, DVD, Ceiling Fan Property includes free Wi-Fi, cable, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer and all linens & towels provided (except beach towels). Pets considered and must be approved by our office before you arrive (2 pets max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet fee is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you. This is a non-smoking property. No events allowed. Great Stay in Folly Beach-We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! You can't beat the oceanfront views and short walk to the beach and Center St. It was the perfect location for our family.

Perfect Ocean-front Retreat!-My family (including a 14-month old) SO enjoyed our stay here. The condo is perfectly situated right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the main drag, and the unit itself is very nicely kept and furnished. The rooms and common space are a good size and everyone had their own bathroom, which was really nice. Unlike many other beach rentals, the beds were really comfortable (AKA: doesn't seem like they are old/cheap/"springy"). The only downside to the condo building is that you could hear the floor above us -- it wasn't an issue for most of our stay, except for one night where there was clearly a younger/party group there. Comes with the territory though, I think. Working with MyOceanRental was also really easy -- they have a great automated system and were always very courteous and quick to reply with questions. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Amazing view-Thank you so much for all of your help. We had an amazing vacation. The view was spectacular! The condo was nice. Beds were comfortable. There were a lot of kitchen supplies. The furniture could use a little updating, but on the whole it was very nice. We could hear our neighbors next door, but by night time they did quiet down.

Great Experience and Great Place-SeaCoast 4 was an excellent place to stay. Very nice, clean and accommodating for all of your needs for a rental on Folly. The elevator being broke can be a nuisance at times, but hopefully it isnt broken during your stay. Folly Beach is a hidden GEM of a vacation spot and Seacoast is an excellent spot to take it all in. CHEERS!!!!!!

We stayed here may 13 to May 20 and loved the place. We will definitely stay again check in is easy and my ocean rental is wonderful to work with from making reservations to your stay they really want you to relax and enjoy their piece of heaven we would rate them a 10 thanks David matteson

It was a great time! Love Folly Beach and first time there. Got to bring my dog which was a great time. Visited Lost Dog Cafe which caters to doggies!!! The condo we stayed in was wonderful, ocean view, clean and spacious!

Clean and Larger than the Photos make it seem-I was pleasantly surprised by all the space in this condo. Three ladies staying here and we never felt on top of each other. The condo has a great view and wonderful balcony as well. I would also like to note that cleanliness of these type of rentals at the end of the busy summer season can sometimes be less than pristine. Typically I have checked into rentals and pre-cleaned before truly relaxing. However with this condo, the cleaning staff had done a wonderful job prior to our arrival. We left them a tip upon leaving. Overall great experience!

Great location!-Just spent the weekend with my husband and adult children in this condo on the water. Very clean, lots of light, wide open views of the ocean and plenty of room to spread out. But I have to say the best part of all was falling asleep to the mesmerizing sounds of the waves in the ocean. Folly Beach is one of the few islands left that have not been commercialized by developers. It has a wonderful old southern beachy charm. Think 'Key Largo meets The Man in the Moon' movies. Just a great place on the water in a charming honky-tonk kind of town.
