316 E Hudson is a 4 BEDROOM, 3.5 BATH home and one of our most unique properties. SLEEPS 10! This newly constructed (2018) home is absolutely beautiful, stocked with luxury appliances, furnishings and artwork throughout. Being only 1.5 blocks down, it is a very close walking distance to Center Street. There you will find all the cozy shops, restaurants and 'beachy' bars. It is also only a short residential walk to the Ocean!
This home has the living area and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor and the other 3 bedrooms on the first. with gorgeous hardwood and tile floors throughout the whole home. Also for you to enjoy, WRAP AROUND PORCHES on both floors, front and back, two on the main floor and two upstairs off the Living area and Bedroom. All porches equipped with beach-themed furniture for you to relax as you enjoy this tranquil private area of Folly Beach.
