The kitchen is fully stocked for ease of cooking and is equipped with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and all your kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room and leads to a SCREENED IN RIVERVIEW PORCH. The main area offers plenty of sitting space for entertaining. The main KING BEDROOM is located upstairs and opens to A PRIVATE RIVERVIEW DECK. Across the hall from the main bedroom is the guest room with 2 TWINS. The THIRD QUEEN BEDROOM is located off the Kitchen/Living Room. Each of 3 bedrooms have access to its own private bathroom and provides plenty of storage space for each guest. Folly Beach Downtown offers local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore the variety of water activities, such as, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more. Outstanding-My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The home was amazing and we had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Wonderful honeymoon getaway-My husband and I stayed at 103 Water’s Edge for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. Great location to enjoy the beach with a short walk and fishing from the private community pier. We will definitely consider using this location for any future Folly Beach vacations.

Great Location in Folly!-Beautiful townhome, great location in Folly. Such a quick walk to Center Street and the beach. Plenty of room for family to have their own rooms & bathrooms. The garage was nice for keeping all the beach gear. We were there to visit Charleston as well. So, the only drawback is that the garage is narrow. We had to keep switching the golf cart & car back and forth in the garage since they had to be parked single file. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities for cooking. We would come back to stay!

From MyOceanRental: Unfortunately with the HOA's rule about not parking the golf carts on the streets, the garage is the only option. Narrow garage aside, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay and had plenty of room for the whole family.
