This townhome is located in the RIVERFRONT community of Water's Edge that is designed with a nod to Historic Charleston colors and charm. Guests can enjoy a little bit of everything, from a COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL and FISHING PIER, to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the BEACH or take a 20 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston. This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome accommodates 6 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The kitchen is complete with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room with plenty of seating and opens onto a screened in porch with river views. Located upstairs, the master suite housing a king-sized bed, includes a PRIVATE RIVERVIEW DECK with lounge chairs. Across the hall you will find a guestroom complete with a QUEEN BED and the THIRD QUEEN BEDROOM is adjacent to the kitchen/living room area. Each of the 3 bedrooms have access to private bathrooms and include plenty of storage space. Downtown Folly Beach is the hub for local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more or visit the east end of the island where you find the famous Morris Lighthouse! Come see for yourself how wonderful and relaxing a stay at Folly Beach can be! PLEASE NOTE: There is PARKING available for 2 vehicles at the property, one inside the garage and one in the community parking spot (with a parking pass only). The COMMUNITY POOL is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather). The FISHING DOCK is open year-round.
