Quick access to the beach. Well cleaned and comfy place for a weekend getaway. Definitely recommend it.

Had a great stay here !! The office staff were very kind and willing to answer questions. The house was in great condition and the walk to the beach was quick, easy and enjoyable. Didn't have any problems with neighbors and we got to see deer! Knowing a limit on parking would have been nice but at least they will accommodate for some room at there office if needed.

Overall we liked the house. Check in/out was easy. The hot tub, movie selection and BBQ grill were great and we liked that you had wetsuits to use at the beach. Some things you could improve are the beds, which felt really cheap and we’re very comfortable. The kitchen lacks space to store groceries, maybe remove some glassware to free up cabinet space (I don’t think any renter needs 30+ coffee mugs). So maybe add an IKEA hutch where the mobile island or the painted storage bench are in main room upstairs. Kitchen could use oven mitts, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons.

Comfortable, relaxing stay. The remotes for various tv/electronics needed new batteries.

Hoping this will help. First of all enjoyed the location to the beach and the roomy up stairs and new kitchen. Now for the observations and comfort. The upstairs beds were very uncomfortable and noisey! One bedroom in particular sounded like it was falling apart when turning over. Since the frame had wheels it would slide on the floor hitting the dresser and making a loud noise. Also the headboard would hit the wall. The other bedroom wasn't as bad but still was noisey. Also housecleaning needs to be much better than it was. The upstairs rug had crumbs in front of the couch and on the bottom shelf of the coffee table. The blinds in the entire house need much cleaning. A lot of dust!! The towels in the upstairs bathroom need to be replaced. They were bleach stained and didn't look very clean. Looked more like cleaning rags! The bed covers need to be replaced. They are really worn! And the couches were not comfortable at all! The brown couch had springs in the cushions that were felt when sitting on it. And portions would sink in and make you sit in a way that made it so uncomfortable that most of us had to sit at the dini g table chairs. The couch downstairs should replace the brown one. Walls need to be painted. Bathroom rugs need to be replaced, they are worn and stained. All in all the house needs to be refreshed and deep cleaned and furniture replaced. That's what i would do if the house were mine. Hope this was helpful. It's nice. It just needs some tender loving care. Thank you

Thank you for having us! The house was clean and stocked with all necessities when we arrived and was the perfect location for our families during our Pacific City stay.

I really appreciated the easy access to the home when we arrived past the 5:00 time. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We could enjoy our stop in Tillamook and not feel rushed. Remember to bring a blank check or you pay an extra percentage!!

The house has great light with its big windows in the great big living room. There’s a a nice deck. Lots of space with all the bedrooms for everyone to spread out. The ocean is just a short walk around the block. We found the house to be comfortable and clean. The hot tub was definitely the highlight! A few suggestions: the beds in the two upstairs rooms are very uncomfortable for 2 people. And the sheets were some awful polyester - definitely they need an upgrade. Also we had problems with cooking and no exhaust fan near the stove. Maybe there is a suggestion on how to best avoid the smoke. Otherwise a thoroughly fine place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kiwanda shores. The beach house was great, and was well equipped with towels, dishes and silverware except for utensils (only 1 spatula). A juice pitcher would be a plus too. The BBQ is a little small and there wasn't any bbq utensils. Hot tub was a big hit with the family, (there was sand in the bottom when we first took the cover off, but hey your at the beach right!.) Hot tub rules say to use "hot tub" towels only, we weren't sure which ones those were since all the towels on the laundry area shelves weren't marked. So we just used our own beach towels. We had plenty of room for everyone and really enjoyed our stay.

Nice location. Plenty of room.

Location was great w convenient access to beach, restaurants, etc. Giving only 3 stars as place needs some maintenance. There was a horrible smell coming from the garage that stunk up the whole downstairs. We also found a huge hairball on the windowsill in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was poorly stocked w pans and utensils. We had an issue w the hot tub as the lock was old and jammed shut.

Great location, close walk to beach. Gated community. Large sunny upstairs with deck and hot tub. The basement with two sleeping areas was a bit dark, but some people like that.

Great house with close access to the beach. Clean and the property management company is very easy to work with.

Pros: open concept upstairs Block away from the beach Cons: not that clean Quite a bit of pet hair House needs updating Not much living room sitting space Overall had a decent stay at this house. There was 6 of us so this house slept everyone with ease. The downstairs is where the master is, which is a king bed with a shower and toilet. Attached to the master is a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top. The 2-3 outlets near the bunk beds did not work. Upstairs is two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. The upstairs is a great area, but the only downside is there is only 1 couch that fits 2 comfortably for sitting area. There are chairs but they’re off to the side. The kitchen is lacking a few items like mixing bowls, decent pots and pans. Some of the window shades were missing parts and had some dirt and grime on them. The overall cleanliness of the house wasn’t the greatest. I know this is a pet friendly house, but I know they also charge extra for pets so it would make sense for the house to be a little bit cleaner. According to the check in book on the living room table, pets aren’t allowed on furniture but there was a decent amount of pet hair on the couch and all 3 comforters on each bed. The living room rug had quite a bit of pet hair on it too. The master shower needs a new curtain liner and clips because only about of them were actually clipped on correctly. Overall the house really needs some updating all the way around. If you don’t mind pet hair, a little bit of dust and dirt around the house you’ll be fine.

Great location. The house was perfect for three adult couples. The mattresses could use replacing. No hair dryer as stated and the wifi never worked. But overall a great vacation.
