Our stay was extremely pleasant. The accommodations were exactly what we hoped for. The only recommendation we have involves the check-in fee. Either, alerting guests prior to checking in, or including the fee in the original price, earns our trust.
Lea Nyland promised a refund of the bracelets ($80) over the phone and has STILL YET to reach out or answer emails. The place was TRASH.

Great condo features and amenities. We had one uncontrollable issue after entering the keypad combination number we couldn’t open the door to condo. We reported the issue to maintenance on Monday and it wasn’t fixed since we were still having issues opening the door Wednesday morning. One controllable issue is the sofa in the living room it needs to be replace ASAP not comfortable or safe at all. Thank you!

The fridge wasnt cooling, I called because their wasnt any broom or mop the couch gut stuck and they never came by or called back. The code for the door wasnt the correct one I had to called again. One of the beds was broken... too many details for the price
The second bedroom the ceiling lights didn't turn on and fan was lose. Also the master room ceiling lights didnt work. Yellow recliner chair in living room is torn and in bad condition.
