This luxury 5 bedroom villa with pool and hot tub is but a short distance from several of St. John's beautiful white sand beaches. The main level has three bedrooms with individually controlled air conditioning two of which have queen size beds and one a combination full/twin bunk bed. There are two elegantly tiled full bathrooms on the upper level. One is a full bath which is shared by the two guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en suite bath with a beautiful native stone outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, granite counter tops and large breakfast bar is sure to please all the cooks in the party. Beautiful travertine floors highlight the entire upper level together with magnificent stone and Venetian plaster walls. The Great Room features a 52” plasma TV and comfortable seating for 6-8 persons. Enjoy cocktails and dine on the beautiful balcony with views of Pillsbury Sound and St Thomas. On clear days you can see St Croix and Puerto Rico and experience gorgeous sunsets year around. The lower level consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and complete kitchen, also with granite counters and elegant travertine tile floors. The balcony is equivalent to the main level balcony with the same spectacular view. All bedrooms are spacious with individually controlled air conditioning. The pool area is very private and features a 6 person hot tub. There is a club house bar area with a full sized pool table and 'open air' bar where guests can enjoy snacks and cold beverages. There is also a full bathroom with shower a large flat screen TV. The swimming pool dimensions are approximately 14′ x 21′ with a maximum depth of 4.5'.
