Awesome experience, immaculate upon arrival. Will use again!
Love the place. Well stocked and up to date. The television setup was difficult to operate. But very pleased. I would definitely recommend and rent again.
There was a bees nest by the back door that my husband knocked out. The downstairs AC was not working when we got there. Other than that the house is beautiful, beds were comfy. Stairs are steep and the house is echoey, but we had a great time, the area is very nice and filled with a lot of history.
Outstanding property, very clean and comfortable with everything you need at your fingertips. Close to all the great St. Louis attractions and JZproperties were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for a great stay!
Beautiful town home with easy access to downtown union station aquarium. Easy way to get in and out with code. Thank u.
Great property! Had everything we needed and comfortable beds!!!
What a unique home! Traveled to St Louis with a group of great ladies for a conference and a bit of tourist fun. Nestled in a historic part of St Louis, the dwelling was perfect when it came to visiting wonderful restaurants and the brewery. The spotless home was complete with all amenities down to coffee to brew in the morning, and plenty of room to spread out in the dining and living area. All bedrooms are located on the second and third floor, and the stairs are a bit steep. This was not an issue, and added to the charm. We’d definitely recommend!!
We loved the location, and the house was nicely updated and very clean. The dining room table was extended and chairs added to accomodate the 8 people in our party before our arrival, which we appreciated. The only challenge we had is that there wasn't a living area big enough to hold all of us. The small living area in the front could hold 5-6, but that's the maximum so we had to hang out around the dining room table most of the time. Overall, it was a great stay.
The home was very nice, updated and clean. They provided coffee, creamer, popcorn, laundry detergent, and other things. The down side was that in the loft bedroom, there was absolutely no shelves or drawers to put clothing and other items; in the second bedroom, there was a small closet but again no shelves or drawers; the master bedroom was fine. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 child, so all of the bedrooms were used and it was slightly inconvenient to not have storage space when we were there for 8 days. The other thing was we had to go buy toilet paper after a few days because they did not provide enough - it may seem petty, but I just think they should have provided enough. However, overall, it was a very nice place - it was great to be able to have the entire family in one place instead of three separate hotel rooms. It was close to several local shops and bars, including the Lemp Mansion (2 blocks away) which we absolutely loved! If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have.
Great location and the check in/check out process was quite easy. The townhouse itself fit our needs for 6 adults and 4 children but the steps are very steep, in particular the steps to the 3rd floor bedroom. We found the place to be quite dusty as well. The floors and surfaces appeared to not have been cleaned for a while. The ledge behind the beds in the 3rd floor bedroom was especially dirty. Also, you are expected to do some laundry before check out so try to allow time for that and still be out by 11 am.
We had a wonderful time staying here. There is plenty of room for lots of people to stay, and everything was very clean. The house was close to two different parks that my kids enjoyed playing at (one across the street we could walk to, and one within a half mile that was huge and we enjoyed driving to). Everything was stocked and ready for us for a great vacation.
Great space for a family. Great location. Great esponse time with owner. I'd definately stay again.
