Aprés on Yampa is a pet friendly (one dog under 80 pounds), ADA accessible, downtown condo located at the quiet end of Yampa Street. Enjoy this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeping 6, with new furnishings, views of the Yampa River, and literally 25 steps from the Yampa River CoreTrail. With a 1 car attached garage, this property is in a prime location winter or summer! The master suite has a king bed and the ensuite master bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a full top bunk bed over a queen bunk bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin roll away bed complete the sleeping options. A full second bathroom is next to the second bedroom. Spacious, clean, modern finishes for all your Steamboat Springs adventures. Come aprés ski or aprés bike on Yampa! The attached, one car garage is suitable for most modern cars and smaller trucks, however it will not fit a full size pick up truck (Ford F150, etc). Aprés on Yampa includes a parking pass for one of the first come, first served outdoor parking spaces for the entire complex if your vehicle is too big for the garage. One dog under 80 pounds is allowed. We love our canine family members, but this policy comes from the Homeowner's Association and does not include any exceptions. Two small dogs do not equal one larger dog, sorry! Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions. Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc… You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for $1,500 and a cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, subject to a $50 processing fee. Reservations booked with American Express or Discover will also be charge a 3% processing fee because these American Express and Discover do not refund credit card transaction fees. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will not receive a refund unless we can rebook the vacation home for the cancelled dates. Guests will be refunded 75% of the total net rental (without tax) received from new reservations for any of the cancelled dates.

Would definitely stay there again.-Super location very close to downtown without the noise of busy Lincoln street. Large kitchen allowed us to cook several meals for the 4 of us, and our dog felt right at home too. Beds & bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for our family reunion-The host was very responsible. And the unit was very clean. The location, which is close to downtown and the trail by the river, is great. It's a perfect stay for our family reunion.

Great spot by the river-We really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family and the location couldn't have been better for exploring Steamboat. We could see and hear the river from the living room and back patio.

Ideal location and very spacious-Ideal location and a very large, comfortable condo right in Steamboat. So nice to walk right out the door with our pup onto the Yampa trail and very convenient to come and go throughout the day with garage parking attached.

Couldn't ask for a better location!-If you want to be in Downtown Steamboat... You could not ask for a better location. Right across from the Yampa, blocks from Holleson Hill, and easy walks to some of the best restaurants in Steamboat! The condo itself is updated, very clean and well appointed...the garage is a big PLUS!

Great trip!-A perfect location to take in this beautiful valley! A clean, well appointed rental with very responsive owners. Being steps away from the tube rentals then hopping across the street to float the river a few times was the perfect way to enjoy an afternoon in Steamboat after a beautiful Steamboat Lake Triathlon for our group of five. After that, we went to the hot springs and walked to our delicious Italian dinner. The unit was a great landing spot in between all our activities and weekend of fun. It had everything we needed!

Cathy's first floor apartment could not have been better! We had 6 people and a dog and we all fit with a lot of room. The kitchen and common space is HUGE. I love the bathroom heaters and the in unit washer and dryer. The garage was also very large - we were able to fit a 4Runner and all slope apparel in the garage. Would highly recommend. We saw a concert at Old Town Pub - walking distance for sure. Such a warm and cozy place for the weekend right in the heart of Steamboat.

Fantastic!-We had a fantastic stay at Cathy's property! Communication with her was quick and easy. The property was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the key code entry was a nice feature! We enjoyed having the garage and the electric fireplace was super cozy. The location was amazing, we enjoyed being able to walk the river path and walk around downtown. Highly recommend!!!

Great Location!-Nice and clean, great location! Very easy if you're traveling with a dog - there is a park and a walking path right outside the front door. It was also nice having a garage and very easy to find parking in the lot for our second car. The decor is sparse, but it's a rental home, so who cares? The master bed was quite comfortable and the sheets were clean, but the bunk can really only sleep one person on each level. Highly recommend! Will book again.

Great Stay!-We had a great stay! Location is top notch with quick walking access to all of the shops & restaurants downtown and having the Yampa River path so close was also great! Getting to the Mountain shuttle was also super easy. Unit is very easy to check in to, has a great layout and was very clean. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking to stay here on future trips to Steamboat. Thanks for a great weekend away!
