Walk in the front door to a main hall with 2 bedrooms off of it, each with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed along with a set of bunk beds. Your laundry room is also on this level with a door for noise reduction. Go up the stairs to a open living area, dining area and kitchen with an island. Your master bedroom is on this upper level and has a large bathroom, with double sinks, a soaker tub, separate shower and toilet room. There is also a 4th full bathroom on this level. The large deck sits off the living area complete with a brand new gas grill, and a table and chairs for 8. ***New for Summer 2019*** Living Room has been updated with a 55" Ultra High Definition Samsung TV and a Sonos Beam sound system for great movies and easy to play music for the living area with the Sonos app on your smart phone.
Premium benefit for Bluebird Days: This unit comes with a ski storage locker at Gondola Square, located under Christy Sports. You will be provided instructions for accessing the locker with your check in instructions. The locker will fit 3-4 sets of ski equipment.
Please be aware that this unit only includes parking for 2 regular sized cars in the garage. There is room for additional cars in the spring, summer and fall. In the winter if you have additional cars and block snow removal operations or other units on this awesome private cul-de-sac you may be towed at your expense with no warning. Oversized trucks and additional vehicles over the two cars that fit in the garage will need to park off site if the vehicles can not be parked without blocking snow removal for this cul-de-sac. Off site parking is not included with your reservation. Trailers of any kind are not allowed. If you have questions about parking please ask us :-)

You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection covering up to $1500 and a cleaning fee.
