**New to VRBO, well reviewed on other sites** Indian Meadows Getaway is a great little townhouse right on the Core trail running through Steamboat Springs. We can host up to two dogs. This space is clean, quiet and sunny. A 3 bedroom townhome with outdoor space that backs onto the Yampa river and has views of the ski area. A fantastic restaurant, Rex's, is just steps away with a great patio and awesome food. The free bus makes the mountain and downtown restaurants and trails very accessible. Some local favorites are Truffle Pig, The Paramount, Winona's and Freshies. The Botanical gardens are free and a quick bike ride on the Core trail. There are so many beautiful hikes and bike rides. This is a 2 story townhome with the living space on the main level and all the bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom hosts a double bed and the third room has a single bed and a double. There is a half bath on the first level and a full bathroom on the second level. There is ample parking put front of the townhome and a small deck in the back facing the Yampa River! Approximately 1.5 miles from Steamboat Springs ski resort and steps from the free bus route that will take you to the mountain or downtown. Location was ideal-Location, location, location: Views of the core trail and bridge, quick access to 40, we even took Uber & Lyft out at night so loved the ease of access in finding the place even though it’s tucked back and incredibly private. The space is clean, spacious, bright with tons of natural light. Loved being able to park our car right outside the front door. kitchen is spacious and had most of what we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full sized washer and dryer was so handy. Bedrooms are spacious, with lots of closet space. My wish would be for a king sized bed but that’s not easy to find in rentals Highly recommend the place!

Can't wait to come back!-Plenty of space for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. Very convenient to the free bus to the resort and downtown, and the Holiday Inn shuttle to the resort. We were able to easily carry our skis to the free transportation and hop on. Easy to catch on the way back as well.

Easy access to mountain and downtown-What an amazing vacation spot in Steamboat Springs! Outstanding views of the slopes from the back deck, easy access to both the mountain and to town. Very comfortable condo with everything you need! Will definitely be back.

Great spot for everyone-This is a great place to put you just down the street from the slopes as well as the Yampa river. No matter what your interests are, this home tucked away on the edges of Steamboat has something to offer.

Perfect for dogs!-Great spot! Minutes from downtown, right by the shuttle stop, view of the mountain and the walking path was steps away. Cathy was a great host and very accommodating! Having a dog friendly place in such a dog friendly town was a huge bonus!

Overall great spot!-Our stay was great! I booked the condo for a short family getaway- three grown siblings and two small kids; we felt this place met all of our needs and was incredibly kid-friendly, while still offering a really nice environment (love the interior style/decor!) for the adults! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (much more than the “basics” you would typically find in a rental!) to prepare meals, and we were presently surprised by details like games/coloring books/sidewalk chalk for the kids, kids dishes (my niece and nephew loved!), and added amenities in the bathrooms (shampoo, lotion, even sunblock!) and laundry closet (soap, stain remover, dryer sheets, etc!). Everything we needed, and more. Beds were comfortable, and there was even a pack & play which was perfect for one of the kiddos. Location is convenient, right off the freeway, but beware that this convenience also comes with the freeway noise- it’s not terrible by any means, but if you are looking for “mountain silence”, you won’t quite get it here- while sitting on the back porch or upstairs with a window open, you’ll always here the hum of cars. Also, there is some noise from bikes on the nearby pedestrian bridge, which is pretty heavily used in the summer. Not enough to be bothersome, but again, just not the mountain silence you might expect. Otherwise, great location right on a little walking trail, and with easy access to everything. The only surprise I would say was that we were not expecting a row-house style condo in a apartment-complex like setting. Upon arrival, the front is not quite what we were expecting. It’s a pretty plain front, sandwiched between two other units, and immediately facing the parking lot (about 10’ from parking lot to front door). However, there is a really nice semi-private back porch that looks out towards a small creek and the ski hill behind; this view makes the place feel quite private, and the porch provides a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or have your morning coffee; you almost forget that you have neighbors! Overall, really nice spot- very clean, well-maintained, and a lot of thoughtful attention to details.

Hidden gem-This townhouse is a hidden gem in Steamboat! We were looking for something outside of the main downtown area for a wedding we attended and this surpassed our expectations. We were able to share the house with another couple and a friend without feeling like we were on top of each other. The living room was the perfect spot to congregate for card games and having the porch door open with mountain air coming in was idyllic. There is a little trail behind the property too which was perfect for a walk or run. Definitely recommend if you're looking to visit Steamboat but not be caught up in the craziness of downtown!

Great location.-The townhome was a good spot for my family to gather this past weekend. We especially enjoyed the bike/walking path that is just steps away.
