Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etcâ€¦
You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection covering up to $3000 and a cleaning fee.

If a guest wishes to cancel a reservation 15 or more days prior to the arrival date, then a full refund will be given minus a $50 processing fee. If the guest cancels the reservation within 7-15 days of the arrival date, then a credit will be given to use at the same property within 1 year. (If the nightly fee is higher for the rebooked nights, then the guest will pay the difference. If the nighty fee is lower for the rebooked nights, no refund will be applied). If the guest cancels within 7 days of arrival, then no refund or credit will be given. We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
For Winter arrivals, December 18, 2020 or after:

If the guest cancels the reservation within 7-29 days of the arrival date (30-44 days of the arrival date for the Holiday period), then a credit will be given to use at the same property within 1 year. (If the nightly fee is higher for the rebooked nights, then the guest will pay the difference. If the nighty fee is lower for the rebooked nights, no refund will be applied). If the guest cancels within 7 days of arrival (within 30 days of arrival during the Holiday period), then no refund or credit will be given unless the property is rebooked. The guest would receive 75% of the rebooked amount. We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
